 External Health Partnership Coordinator (m/f/d)

 

A day in a life of an External Health Partnership Coordinator in UNIQA Bulgaria

 

You will be:

  • Engaging in negotiations with external health partners, medical institutions and practitioners/doctors to establish mutually beneficial terms of cooperation
  • Overseeing the entire contracting process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Keeping contracts up-to-date and relevant, making any necessary amendments or modifications as required
  • Implementing contracted agreements
  • Maintaining an updated database of all contractual partners, including relevant contact information and contract details.
  • Evaluating partnership processes and seeking opportunities to streamline and automate tasks where possible. Integrates the prices of the partners in the Insurer’s IT system.
  • Developing and implementing solutions to enhance collaboration efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintaining regular communication with external health partners/doctors and medical institutions, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Conducting periodic satisfaction surveys to assess partner satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contributing to the development of strategies for expanding and enhancing the network of external health partners/doctors and medical institutions
  • Participating in the development of MedUNIQA through assuring of good relationships with external doctors and partners involved in the process, negotiating of their contracts and relationship management
  • Providing support for organising of the prophylaxis of insured in UNIQA persons, negotiating prices, conditions, timeline, etc. Conducting monitoring of the executed prophylaxis and offers plan/measures for improvement of the service
  • Executing regular monitoring and analysis of the activities, results and overall cooperation with medical institutions, doctors and health partners. Reporting on a regular basis to the MB for the development of the activities in his/her responsibility and suggests action plans for improvement.
  • Developing the list/network with health partners/doctors and medical institutions, assuring sufficient territorial presence of UNIQA with such third parties locally in different areas in the big cities and countryside.
  • Executing trainings and presentations to partners when and where necessary in order to ensure good knowledge of UNIQA and our products.
  • Interacting with claims handling units, call center, sales and underwriting units, etc. for regular exchange of information, trends, client/partners needs and practices, market developments and expectations, etc. 

 

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (degree in Health management will be considered as an advantage)
  • At least 3 years of related job experience (ideally in international environment)
  • Fluency in English
  • Computer literacy: MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Internet, specialized software
